Woo! I finally watched this film, it was brillinat! It was pretty funny when that lady cut leatherface's arm off. hehe. serves him right. It's annoying though because now I'm really jumpy. I keep expecting a chainsaw wielding maniac to jump through the window. But it's not like that's ever going to hap- oh ****!!! *vrrrrm* *splat* ow.

The original version is the best.

er... I think it was the newer one. The oiginals usually are better, although there are a few exceptions. Like King Kong!

I'm sure the quality had to do with youtube, unless you mean the plot of the movie?

Well I liked it, but I'm pretty easily pleased. =) I'll try and watch the original if I get the chance, or I could try and rent it when I'm old enough.
I don't know if they show the original on T.V. much, if so it could be on AMC or something.

Yeah dude, you gotta see the original.....while personally I think the remake was pretty good, the original's so much better...just a different kind of horror completely, not a whole lot of creeping through the dark with creepy music playing, but when the kills come, they are out of nowhere and so brutal. It's a way more cerebral, psychological fear. SEE IT!

Absolutely. No cliches, horrifying and disturbing and with surprisingly not a whole lot of blood and guts....the first death...WHAM!

The family use to always freak me out.
