Wii or DS?

Hiya
I seen the new my sims game and it looks good but i don't know which console to get it on the nintendo Wii or the DS. Which one do you think is better and why?

Wii is a console, DS is a handheld. Depends whether you're going to want to play outside of your bed/living room. Both systems have good games, Wii games go into more depth as the system allows for better graphics and wider gameplay, but does not have the mobility of the DS.
Metroid Prime 3 Corruption just came out on the Wii in Australia and it's quite easily one of the best FPSs ever made.

I suggest a DS. I have one myself, and it is very mobile. The only downside is the hard-to-use buttons and stick thingy, and the fact that every now and then they have to recharge... the only upside is that it is portable and that although the buttons are hard to use they are easier than the Wii, with all of the topsy and the turvey and the flips and flops and the twisting and all... they confuse me very much... so I suggest a DS. You don't have to go with my suggestion because I am dumb. So pick the one I don't suggest... wich would be Wii... but then I'd be suggesting Wii so do DS... but then I'm suggesting DS so do Wii... *goes on like this for five days before making up mind* okay just do what you want, I have to go put eggs on an elephant with wings, and I have to find one first, so you won't be seeing me for awhile... bye!

I'd also go for a DS because you can take it anywhere.

well my boyfriend has a wii and a DS and we rented My sims for the wii i totally loved it. Ummm I think it's totally up to if you want to play it while your out or whatever then I say get it for the DS but if you want to play it at home then get it for the wii. and if you still can't make up your mind then get it for both. lol :rofl: :rofl:

on a real note ive been a gamer since age 5 (started young lol) as spazz said i have both, the wii is great for having friends over, as for single play metroid and zelda are really the only 2 blockbusters in my opinion, im looking into a xbox or a ps3 more towards a xbox unless sony drops the price another hundred or so, but its the holidays so you never know the ds on the otherhand is good i like it, but again, nintendo makes it original with the touch screen, but again, no really good games, that is nintendo's downfall and will forever be

I reccomend the DS because of it's abilities! I've played My Sims down my friends house on the Wii and then played on the DS and found that I DO infact think the DS was better

I usually look up reviews of games before buying them... I suggest you do that too! It will make life alot easier when picking between two!
