People don't post

I am so bored that I worked out that out of the 11646 people who are members of this forum, 8075 of them have never posted anything. Whats the point of becoming a member if you never post?!

You'd be surprised. A lot of people join forums and never come back. A lot join and never post, just lurk and read. Thank god for the ones like us who like to comment on everything :)

Being a member allows you to subscribe to topics, PM others, not read again things you have already read, and save a name for the chatrooms.

Definitely a good idea, give them two months or something and if they never post then delete their accounts and what not. Then u will have a good list of people who actually participate. Damn lurkers... I was able to read posts before i was a member... i think..

Awe thanks u guys are sweet! I love forums. I used to manage a form myself but it only had a few of my friends on it and it just got kind of boring and stupid, no offense to my friends but it just wasnt interesting until you have a ton of people posting. And i had people sign up and never post once and i even sent out reminder emails to them a few times before I even deleted their accounts. Heck, i even had friends who signed up and never posted... friends!! Haha, my favorite forum shut down so im glad i found this one! :cheerlead

"some" new people, im new and im cool give me a month or two and my post count will no longer be noob. But i agree with you that the old members are usually awesome because they are the dedicated posters who make the forum exciting.
