You like her, and you want her to notice you.

Do something that will make you notice her in a positive way. Find out the things she likes, and (hopefully it exists) find something she likes that you also like, which you would want to improve upon in yourself and be able to do anyway, then do it.

You could just say hello, and explain to her what you admire about her.
