Guitar Hero!

Guitar Hero is so awesome! I have Guitar Hero 1+2 and I cant wait till the third one comes out. Incidently does anybody know what songs are going to be on it? I tried googling it but seemed to fail miserably.

i liked the fact that you could download songs from xbox live marketplace, that was cool.

I dont have an XBOX so I couldnt do it, but hopefully Guitar Hero 3 on the PS3 will let you download it off PSN.

I know this thread is like 2 weeks old but I LOVE guitar hero and have only played it twice.. but i dont have the equipment to play it. I have a SEGA lol, im old school id rather be on my computer but i think i am going to look for a PS2 or xBox if its not too expensive cause i would love to play it! I'm not even sure if i played 1 or 2

if you going to get a new console you should get a PS3. It's the best! Or if it's too pricey... you could get a, (I can't believe I'm saying this), Xbox 360:crazy:. But thats just crap. Espesially now they might be making this new streaming thing which lets you play other console games on the PS3. Not sure how it works exactly, but I hope they will do it, and make it work.
Or you could Wii. I have nothing against this console. Just don't blame me if the contoller randomly breaks and flies out of your hand and smashes the TV. I saw this video where somone was playing Wii tennis and they smashed their hand on a lamp, and it broke, and now they have weird scars on their hand where it cut them. Ouch.

Ya I dont want anything too pricy.. but in the event that I do find other Games to play.. then i guess it would be nice to have something sort of up to date. I have played the Wii once and it was fun, but you cant play guitar hero on that can you??? I need something that i can get Guitar Hero on.

Anyone wanta give details on the difference between the consols? Cause I dont know... And which one would be better, price and up to date wise? :wink:

You cant play Guitar Hero on Wii. Personally I'm a PS3 fan. I'm even using to write this! The PS3 normally has 60GB memory, but there is a cheaper version out now thats 40GB. I would opt for the 40GB one if I were you. The PS3 also has a blu-ray DVD player, and they can cost as much as £1000! (I don't know how much it is in $$$) The PS3 generally has better graphics than the 360, and frankly, better games. On guitar hero, originally the 360 version was better, as you could download new songs off xbox live, but now on PS3, you can do it as well!
