Well there's loads of videos and games that get you to concentrate hard on something and after a while, some scary zombie-ghost-monster type thing pops up, screaming. This is stuff like the scary maze, the K-Fee advert (car goes along a road and a zombie leaps up), "ghost caught on tape" (search on Youtube, it's a green room with a rocking chair in it). Oh, also, there's a similar thing on my aunt's phone which tells you to stare at an illusion and a zombie leaps up. So yeah, after watching all them, you're gonna need new pants.
