I posted a few days ago, but had to come back. I had just finished "The Alchemyst" by Michael Scott, and now I'm getting through the sequel, "The Magician." Holy cow this series just keeps getting better and better. "The Alchemyst" was great, don't get me wrong, but "The Magician" totally blows it out of the water. I'm so psyched this is a longer fantasy series, I can't wait to see where they take it next.

Happy reading!

A little late for me, but I just found this online contest (http://shescribes.blogspot.com/2009/05/secrets-of-immortal-nicholas-flamel.html) giving away The Alchemyst and The Magician. And, um, a logo coffee mug?

hey everyone! I don't know if I'm really going to get responses from this but now that I pretty much have a summer of nothing I need to find a great book to read! Any suggestions?? Some favorites of mine have been like Harry Potter etc..

Dude, I love that book!
Are you at the part yet where Olson does his big breakthrough?

Yeah I've finished it now. I'm not entirely sure what happened at the end tbh. Maybe that's the point though i dunno. It was an awesome book anyways.

Garraty goes mad, just like Olson.
So he keeps running after that black figure.
I didn't understand it at first, but when I checked the Stephen King fansite, I read that he just goes mad.

Finishing up Bram Stoker's Dracula again (still the best vampire book of ALL TIME. Try to argue).
