Except for two things.
Firstly, until she is 18 she her mother is responsible for her. And hence, can tell her who she is allowed to date.
Secondly, as an early teen, the majority of relationships you will have are not love, they are infatuation. And serve as nothing more than a learning curve.

Introduce him to ur mom first as a friend. Let him hang around. She'll eventually get the picture. Just remember, your body is a temple, so don't disrespect it. Also, cuz of the fact that ur only 12, I know u might want to argue with ur mom once she knows, but just listen. Moms are just concerned and want the best for their kids.
