So as a joke my friends thought it would be funny to create a personal ad on a dating site because they think I've been single for a long time. Two years in my eyes is not a long time. I'm only 19. Anyways, in the process of this I started talking to a guy who was on the site. We've been talking for about 2 months now and he's told me more than once that he wants to meet me in person and that he thinks I'm the perfect girl for him. The problem is that he's still going on that site for I don't know what. I mean if I'm so called the perfect girl for him why would he still be on that site? So I guess what I want to know is should I ask him about it and decide whether or not I still want to talk to him or should I just tell him that I don't want to talk to him anymore?
PS: I haven't been going on the site since we started talking unless I get an email.

I have met someone offline, I didn't meet the guy until I talked to him atleast a few times on the phone. Still going on the site really doesn't mean anything, the guy I met was still going on the dating site. He may think you and him are a perfect match but things could change if you meet him, it happens.

If I was you I would still talk to him and see where it goes. I wouldn't ask about still going on the site, like I said it's no real big deal. If things work out I am sure he would leave the site but of course he wouldn't do anything now since the two of you aren't technically even dating yet.

Hes prolly said that to countless girls. Ive observed people on dating sites, especially guys, and there are some people out there that will use the same line on other people. Try Facebooking them and see if he says the say thing to you.
