Hi all!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with an assignment question...
Ive been given a set of lenses, attachments and filters..
i have a full size 35 mm sensor,.... 25mm
28mm shift
35mm
50mm
85mm
100mm macro
135mm and a 300mm.
An architect has hired me to photgraph the facade of a new 10 floor building, constructed of concrete. There are 5 story buildings on the street opposite,,, which of these lenses would make an accurate rendition of his work?? Can anyone please suggest what they would use..??

I haven't touched a camera for years now, sadly :'(. And ,in addition, i forgot almost every knowledge that i had about photography.
But as far as common sense goes, for architectural photography you need Tilt Shift, Wide Angle and if you desire some Fish Eye Lenses.

If you're taking pictures of Exterior then go for 45 mm Tilt Shift, since it's 10 Floor building. Edit: "Get some Polarizer Filters for exteriors."

If you're taking pictures of Interior then go for Wide Angles Lenses, vastly depends on what you're snapping and mix it with filters. If you wanna adventure more Fish Eye results into interesting Interior shots.
Good Luck.:)

Heh, You're welcome. Don't forget to mention how it goes, or even if you got time, post your pictures here. Looking forward for it.
