What do you mean by "chat page is blocked in my laptop"?
Somebody blocked the chat page or the chat applet doesn't load in your laptop?
Have you ever logged into the server(chatrooms) using the same laptop before?

yeah.thats wat im talking bout..the chat rooms
.the page doesnt appear..thrs jus a small cross in the box.

The chatrooms were down for several hours around the time you made this post. But if you checked the help section on the forums, there are clear instructions on what to do to rectify this problem.. yet if the problem persists, THEN make a post in the correct forum category.
