That's Free Music site where you can tune into songs and artists according to your choice.
Not exactly a online radio, but.

I just started using last.fm. It's so awesome it has found me so many new bands I love! People you should start using it if you don't! Although if you live outside of UK/US/Germany then you have to pay subscription...

It is pretty awesome. I was never a fan of downloading music (even the days of Napster/Bearshare/etc.) So I love it how I can listen to the radio on the scrobbler and just let it go all day long. It's Ankh1031, add me if you want to.
