RP thread question

I wasn't entirely sure where to put this. . . Anyway, I have a few questions about your RP section here.

One: There are many that have been moved, I'm assuming due to lack of actuall RPing, so that means we are allowed to actually start a RP here, correct (I was hoping to start a RP)

Two: Are we allowed to star an anime/manga RP (such as Naruto, Bleach, Avatar, and so on and so forth)

Umm, I really thought I had more questions, sorry. Once again, I appologize if this is in the wrong section (perhaps it should have gone in the "Help Section", I honestly do not know).

No one RPs here tbh. You're welcome to do so, but you're not going to get much of a response. Unfortunately, most people don't understand what the purpose of an RP forum is, and so this is filled to the brim with ****.

Well, that sucks. I've had trouble finding good places where new people can come and RP. . . I'll still give it a shot some time. =]
