nightmare

i lay here all alone
thinking of you
and the mistakes i have made
wondering if i will ever wake up
from this nightmare

you gave me a reason to live
you made me feel that i was so special
that look in your eyes
is something i'll never forget
i could have looked into your eyes forever

but all of that is gone now
all i have are memories
and even though it seems
that everything was so bad
i enjoyed every minute of it

and thats when i realized
that this is no one's fault but my own
now the question is
can i fix my mistakes?
b/c i know now
that i will never wake up
from this nightmare
b/c i am the cause of it
