For everytime someone thought the government never lies, I'd be one rich son of a gun lol.

Anyone else chuckle at the lady in AVP:Requiem who said "That can't be right, the government would never lie!"

AVP was a terrible movie, and from the plotline of the sequel, it is just as bad.

I doubt I have ever watched AVP, whatever that may be, but governments do lie, it is a fact.

AVP was pretty crap, but I still want to go see the second one, even though everyone has been saying it looks rubbish.

I'm a big movie fan, I saw the first one, I liked it a little bit, but things sucked cause it was rated PG and the second one is rated R so it's got more action packed into it, if you like action and explosions, good stuff, if not then yeah you wont like it really. The plot itself could be more explanitory but whatever, I like the action and choreography in it (the fight scenes).

As for the Government, we already have proof during the Cold War when Eisenhower sent a spy plane over Russia and Russia shot it down and we tried to deny it and Russia was like "He says he was an american spy, the equipment on the plane was spy equipment and the pictures taken were of Russia, without our Notice and Concent, the pilot admitted to spying, blah blah blah" So Eisenhower got a good taste of foot to mouth for that one. Not including other incidents, of course, throughout history. Watergate, Abe Lincoln's Assassination, soon to be revealed (in about 5 years or so) JFK's Assassination, 9-11, the list goes on.

Well in UK the first on was rated 15 and the second is also 15, although the trailer did look WAY more gory, so it should be awesome!! I love action films. As for the plot I'm sure it's virtually the same as the first one, (correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't actually read anything about it), and the title is kind of a hint of what it's about lol.

That movie is lame. The characters are way too clairvoyant.

"Oh look...a puzzle...stumped all who tried to solve it for thousands of years...oh look, I solved in like...10 seconds and instantly determined the next clue with my obscure and speculative but always right manner of reasoning."

American Government, CIA had known a day in advance about the attacks to the towers yet did nothing to stop it (may have been difficult to stop but nevertheless I'm sure we could have put in some preventative measure), also the owner of the buildings or someone as important did a huge insurance boost so in the end, benefitted from the towers' destruction, financially speaking. There are things that CIA have been involved with (especially Terrorism) in the last few decades, that are very disturbing.

yah i knew that one .... i saw it in the documentary shown by National Geographic .... but it said that CIA presented the document about the attacks priorly but White House (Bush) was off in their holidays... so CIA couldn't do anything without their permission or so....neways very bad happened... damn....unlucky for those whho perished...could have been stopped....

Damn now i can never see The Twin Towers in real life...:(

Did u see that flim based on real moment happened on "Flight ..." the one that crashed in the grounds of ..duhh i forgot the name of the place too... neways the plane that didn't hit any building.......after seeing that film i was so angry if only they had 5-10 secs more time ppl in that plane could have survived...they were very close to beating the terrorists in the plane

Yeah United 93 was the Flight Number and title of the Movie to follow. Didn't see all of it. It was downed in Pennsylvania though.

I went to Ground Zero about 3 or so years ago and looked at the Monument they had up and they left two Beam Structurings up in the shape of a Cross. It was really hard to see it, that place was just filled with so much sorrow and misoury (obviously). My entire mood just shifted and I tried to fathom what it was like to be there the day it all happend, inside, outside, burried. The sheer terror I couldn't even come close to grasping I'm sure. We lost a lot there that day, more than just Lives. :(

aww. that sucks...damn terrorists .. kill 'em all ... why don't they kill each other?? ..victims r always the innocent ppl who either has nothing to do with terrorists or the govn...my anger rages even more when i found they were so close to save the plane ... damn it was matter of 5-10 secs...they even had started pulling the lever that makes the plane to steer upwards

the most sad part is either because of terrorists or the government ..... innocent ppl living their own lives are the one to suffer ... truth hurts / sucks....f*** tht

"Behind Enemy Lines II"' is one of good example where u can see government faking.... i was laughing at end of the movie... the way they hid the truth...lolzz

This is Vietnam all over again. Long drawn out war, not letting the country defend itself, we drain their resources as well as ours, trust in government grows thin, wait for that one president down the road to end everything and magically gain the trust of the American people again just because He/She pulled out our troops, in other words, Listened to the cry of the people. If we keep on this path the outcome will be only too familiar.
