It's a fairly famous National Geographic photo. 'Girl With Green Eyes', or something like that.

SHe's one of those nameless beauties, someone went and tracked her down after 17 years but she lived in the desert and it shows, her eyes are duller and she looks more weary rather than defiant like in this one.

Yes, she was on the cover of one of the 2002 National Geographic magazines and that photo is quite famous but I'd never seen it in colour before
